Filipe Greco

Filipe Greco is a partner at Grebler Mohallem Greco. He represents clients in arbitrations before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and several Brazilian arbitration chambers, in addition to having experience as secretary and assistant to arbitral tribunals, in commercial and investment matters.

Previously, he has worked with different subjects, especially in Administrative Law, Environmental Law, Civil Law and Real Estate Law. He is an observer member of the OAB Young Commission of the OAB/MG and integrates the work group on Civil Procedural Law of the same Commission. He is also a member of the Brazilian Association of Tax Law (ABRADT).

 

Filipe is the author of the book “Past, Present and Perspectives for the Future of Investment Protection by International Law”, as well as author of several academic and informative articles in the areas of arbitration, international law, international trade, international contracts. Filipe is

 

Professor of Private International Law and Constitutional Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais.

 

Academic background: Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, having completed undergraduate studies at the Università Degli Studi di Bologna and a Masters in International Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais.

 

Languages: Portuguese, English, Italian and French.
